Water-soluble application requirements
Start by evaluating spray-dried fruit juice powders and confirm dispersibility, sediment and carrier composition in the complete blend.
Select fruit ingredients for protein powders, powdered drink mixes and shake concepts. Begin with your protein base, reconstitution expectations, label requirements and cost per serving.

Evaluate freeze-dried fruit powders when fruit-only composition is important and the formula can accommodate fruit solids.
Spray-dried: Usually the more cost-effective starting point for water-soluble application requirements. Standard carrier: organic corn-derived maltodextrin. Custom organic fiber or organic tapioca-derived dextrin options can be reviewed for development projects, with composition, minimums and lead time confirmed separately.
Freeze-dried: Our listed organic fruit grades contain no added carrier and offer a premium fruit option. They retain fruit solids and are not specified as fully water-soluble. They are more prone to moisture pickup and caking, particularly strawberry; most supply is arranged against project orders.
Compare dry-blend uniformity, flavor balance, reconstitution, sediment and mouthfeel with your intended mixing method. Include storage and repeated-opening checks where relevant; carrier-free freeze-dried fruit powder needs moisture-conscious handling.
Review specifications, nutrition reference sheets and the general freeze-dried production flow chart. Request current certification scope, full composition and a lot-specific COA for the selected grade.
Sample availability, shipping, commercial quantities and supply schedules are confirmed for your project. No application performance, enzyme activity or certification coverage is implied across all grades.
A first non-stock order may take approximately 8 weeks to our U.S. warehouse. For stable recurring programs, discuss agreed safety stock based on your consumption, release quantities and replenishment cycle, so repeat orders are planned around your production needs.
