Ingredient FAQs

Answers to common ingredient sourcing, sample and supply questions. For product-specific details, contact our California-based team.

How do freeze-dried and spray-dried powders differ?

Our listed organic freeze-dried fruit powders contain no added carrier and suit premium fruit applications that can accommodate fruit solids. They need moisture-conscious handling and may form lumps, particularly strawberry. Spray-dried juice powders generally offer a more cost-effective starting point for water-soluble application requirements and use an organic carrier. Standard carrier: corn-derived organic maltodextrin; custom organic fiber or tapioca-derived dextrin options can be reviewed separately. Compare the selected grades and evaluate samples in your recipe.

How do I choose an ingredient for my application?

Tell us whether you are developing a beverage, yogurt, bakery product, gummy or nutrition blend. Evaluate flavor, color, dispersion, texture and processing stability. Our team can help identify available grades, samples and documents.

How do I confirm stock and purchase a product?

Selected stocked products can be purchased online in their listed drum or carton sizes. For other ingredients or larger orders, request a quote. An inquiry-only page does not mean the ingredient is unavailable.

When will an in-stock order ship?

In-stock orders ship within 48 hours. This is dispatch time, not delivery time. Transit time depends on the shipping service and destination.

First-Order Lead Time vs. Ongoing Supply

A first non-stock order may require approximately 8 weeks to our U.S. warehouse. Selected stocked ingredients can dispatch sooner; the schedule is confirmed for the product, specifications and quantity being quoted.

Established supply programs can be planned around your consumption. Once we understand your regular usage, production schedule and replenishment cycle, we work with you to agree on safety-stock levels and a replenishment plan to support recurring production needs.

This means repeat orders do not automatically restart the full first-order production lead time. Release dates depend on the stock and supply plan agreed for your program and are confirmed when orders are accepted.

Share expected monthly or annual volume, order frequency, typical release quantities and your required start date. We can then review a stocking arrangement and communicate the agreed coverage and review cycle.

First-order or custom production time, dispatch from available stock and delivery transit time are separate. Specific inventory commitments and commercial terms are confirmed individually.

Are samples free, and how do I request them?

Request free samples for formulation evaluation through our sample request form, email or WhatsApp. Share the ingredient and grade you would like to evaluate. Application and destination are helpful if available. Bulk minimums apply to commercial orders, not sample requests. Sample availability and shipping charges are confirmed separately.

When will I hear back?

Our team replies to email inquiries within 24 hours. We will discuss your ingredient requirements, current specifications, pricing or sample arrangements.

Which quality documents are available?

Ask for the current specification, lot-specific COA and applicable certification or testing documents. Availability and coverage depend on product, grade and lot. Confirm scope with our team; supplier certifications are separate from Purearth’s own certifications.

What are the MOQ, packaging and customization options?

In-stock products have a minimum bulk order of one drum or carton, as listed on each product page. Packaging and net weight vary by ingredient. Organic freeze-dried strawberry, raspberry and blueberry powders have a minimum bulk order quantity of 10 kg. Bulk or custom order arrangements are confirmed separately. Request a quote for customization, specifications or carrier preferences.
