Discuss Your Yogurt Project · Compare strawberry grades

Start with your base and process

A dairy, coconut, oat or other plant-based base can produce different flavor, color and texture results. Tell us whether the fruit ingredient is added before or after fermentation, your processing conditions, target flavor and carrier preferences. Ingredient selection and use rate should be evaluated in your own recipe.

Strawberry

Compare spray-dried and freeze-dried options for strawberry flavor and color in your chosen base. The listed spray-dried grade contains organic maltodextrin; confirm the full composition of any quoted freeze-dried grade.

Plan a useful sample evaluation

  1. Describe the project. Share the dairy or plant-based base, fruit profile, addition point, mixing or heat conditions, and target use rate if known.
  2. Review the grade. Confirm full composition, carrier source, origin, organic certification scope, particle size and your QA requirements.
  3. Compare in your recipe. Assess flavor balance, color, dispersion, texture and any changes during your intended storage period.
  4. Confirm commercial supply. Review the preferred grade, quantity, packing, current availability and delivery requirements before ordering.

From samples to commercial use

In an existing anonymized Purearth application story, multiple fruit powders were sampled for yogurt, received positive feedback and were subsequently purchased in commercial quantities. This reports customer project progress, not a guaranteed result for another formulation.

Documents and sample support

Product specifications are available for review. Ask for full composition, carrier-source details, origin, applicable certification documents, grade-specific nutrition information and a lot-specific COA. Availability varies by product and batch.

Free evaluation samples are available subject to confirmation of the selected ingredient, sample quantity and shipping. Early-stage projects are welcome; estimated usage is optional.

This page provides formulation starting points. It does not establish finished-product performance, stability, culture compatibility or a recommended dosage. Confirm the grade and evaluate samples under your own process and storage conditions.

Carrier, Handling & Supply Planning

Our listed freeze-dried fruit powders contain no added carrier and need protection from moisture and caking. For water-soluble application requirements or a more cost-effective starting point, evaluate a spray-dried juice grade with the stated organic carrier. Custom organic fiber and organic tapioca-derived dextrin carrier projects can be reviewed separately.
